and again, our projects are on a work for hire basis. Steve West, Shawn Nagle, Tony Cipriano, Mike Petryszack, Jason "Spyda" Adams and Joy and Tom Snyder have been our players up to this point. I do have a list of guys/gals I'd like to bring on for specific projects.
Licensed poducts:
Frank Frazzeta, William Stout, Bret Blevins, King Features, C3 Entertainment, AC Comics, Frank Cho, Argosy Communications, ERB Inc... There are some other projects which I can't name at this point.

Expectations:
Is that a loaded question? I expect to be working with a professional not only as a sculptor but as a business person. A person who meets deadlines and can accept constructive criticism. I expect the people I work with to be truthful and above board in all of our business dealings. I know this may be controversial but I like placing sculptors with jobs that motivate them to greater heights. Most guys I talk to state that they can do anything and that's fine, but my question is "what do you love sculpting the most, what excites you?"
Advice to new sculptors or amateurs sculptors:
Work at your craft everyday. Study the anatomy of people and animals, and by that, I don't just mean what we visibly see. Study the muscle groups and how everything fits together in movement and at rest. Study the way folds are formed in all parts and types of clothing. Build your sculpts from the muscle groups up. Don't work from the clothing or you will never have it right. Learn to draw and know what makes one sculpture design better than another. Study your work and the work of others from every angle.Study 2D art as much as you can and then some more. Again I'm going to get controversial but take this to heart. I admire works of a personal nature where a sculptor can completely be himself in his work but so much of our type of work is based on matching the 2D artwork of others. Know when to use your "stylism" and when to put it away. Generally I need for a 2D artist's work to be matched. So learn to get into the skin of the artist whose work you are using for reference. To me, in our business, this is the greatest strength and quality that a sculptor can have...to become anonymous and make the viewing public think they are merely looking at the 2D artist's work in 3D. It will make you a much stronger sculptor if you choose to work this way and the recognition will come. Lastly, my advice would be to never give up on your dream, have fun at what you do and never forget to take time away from your work to enjoy life and others. Again, you will be rewarded by doing so.
